Yardwins policies

Terms & conditions

The terms for Yardwins’s job-related text messaging program.

Version 1.0 · Draft October 6, 2026 · Not yet effective

Draft for review. Business identity, support contact, and operational practices must be confirmed before these policies take effect or are submitted for messaging registration.

01. The messaging program

Yardwins connects customers and landscaping service providers. The Yardwins Job Updates program sends SMS and MMS relating to requested services: quote and booking updates, scheduling and arrival notices, job questions and replies, completion updates, payment notices, and customer support.

Messages may be automated or sent by a person. This program does not include promotional or marketing messages. A landscaping provider may participate in a job conversation through Yardwins; messages must remain related to the requested service.

03. Frequency & costs

Message frequency varies based on your jobs, account activity, and conversations. There is no fixed monthly message count. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about your charges.

04. Stop receiving texts

Reply STOP to a Yardwins message to cancel participation in this messaging program. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Other clear requests to stop messaging will also be honored.

Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel a booked job or close your account. Continue managing those separately in Yardwins. To resume texts, complete the opt-in process again.

05. Help & contact

Program brand: Yardwins.

Legal operator: pending confirmation.
Customer support and privacy email: pending confirmation.

Once the program is active, reply HELP to a Yardwins text for messaging assistance. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

06. Delivery & availability

Message delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, and device. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not an emergency service; use your normal emergency contact channels when needed.

If your mobile number changes, update your account and messaging preferences so messages reach the correct person.

07. Appropriate use

Use job conversations respectfully and only for relevant service communications. Do not send unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or unsolicited promotional content. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by text. Yardwins may restrict messaging access to address misuse.

08. Privacy & updates

Our Privacy Policy explains messaging information and consent handling. These terms cover the SMS program; job-specific prices, scope, and cancellation arrangements are provided separately when you arrange a service.

When these terms change, Yardwins will update this page and its effective date. Changes do not expand the scope of your existing SMS consent; a materially different messaging purpose requires a new opt-in.
